Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Information Services Support position is responsible for organizing components needed to import and continue ongoing support for new client placements.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Imports and uploads new placement and maintenance files for clients.
  • Reviews the EIS report summarizing the daily placements for accuracy and approves the client acknowledgments.
  • Merge accounts as needed on a daily basis.
  • Generate and update client specific reports for the audit department.
  • Produce and update reports for the LiveVox system from Crystal Reports to Excel.
  • Maintain the quarantine mailbox multiple times a day.
  • Review the Titanium Doc Error report and re-request appropriate failed documents.
  • Maintanence of account information in Titanium.
  • Recovery analysis for specific clients to review open, adjusted and placed account that were placed that month.
  • Ensure the Minnesota License report is accurate and appropriate access or blocked accesses are given.
  • Reads, comprehends and adheres to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).
  • Reads, comprehends, and adheres to any and all applicable ISO policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Knowledge: Advanced excel skills are required and Crystal Reports is a plus.
  • Skills/Aptitudes: Organized and detail oriented with the demonstrated ability to focus and research detailed documentation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to prioritize conflicting demands, take initiative, work proactively and be resourceful; outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse set of personalities and a strong client focus; and self-starter with a desire to grow/learn.
