Administrative Assistant, Finance

The Administrative Assistant in the Finance Department provides general clerical support to the CFO and the finance department staff. In addition, the Administrative Assistant provides direct support of the Finance functions through assistance in daily processing of receipts, input of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of regular reports as assigned.

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

    • Associates degree or commensurate experience required.
    • 3+ years of experience in an accounting assistant or general administrative support role.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial database systems, such as GP Dynamics.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
    • Ability to consistently maintain a professional image and demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
    • Ability to successfully prioritize to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
