Specialized IRA Services (SIS) is a boutique financial firm
acting as an administrator of tax advantaged accounts for clients
who want control over their retirement account and are pursuing a
path of financial freedom. SIS empowers clients to pursue
alternative investment strategies that can allow more
predictability, consistency and security in their investment
portfolio. Clients often invest in assets such as real estate,
trust deeds, tax liens, FOREX; generally anything that is
permissible under IRA regulations.

As a Self Directed Specialist you will have the opportunity to
educate prospects of SIS on all aspects of self-directed retirement
investing and offer SIS products and services to assist clients to
achieve their goals.
Job Summary
The Inside Sales - Retirement Plan
Specialistposition is responsible for attaining direct
sales revenue goals and objectives through the establishment of
self-directed retirement accounts & educational products. Closing
abilities and personality are mandatory. Responsibilities include
educating clients on self-directed IRAs and other accounts,
alternative investments such as real estate, relationship
management, as well as execution and follow through establishing
the accounts. This position will drive sales growth through
exemplary communication, execution, and follow through with clients
via phone and in-person. Plenty of internal growth opportunities
and earning potential of $80k+/year including hourly wage & full
benefits.
Responsibilities and Duties
Essential Functions

Proactively make outbound sales calls to prospective clients of
SIS generated from events, internet marketing and referral
sources.
Take inbound calls from prospective clients.
Overcome objections and favorably position SIS products and
services on the phone.
Cross-sell other accounts and services and offer upsells such
as Specialized Black, Platinum Service.
Build and manage relationships with referral sources.
(investment sponsors, speakers, promoters, advisors) to generate
referrals to SIS.
Ability to sell & educate on self-directed retirement accounts
with proficiency and business acumen.
Deliver consistent results in respect to sales and revenue
goals set.
Submit completed & accurate new account packets to operations
to establish accounts.
Tracking to progress of your sales account open pipeline
including, but not limited to revenue.
Follow up on proper forms & supporting documents in a timely
fashion.
Take initiative and grow within the team.
Weekly sales progress reports, special projects, projections, &
accountability.
Enter new customer data and other sales data for new and
current customer into Specialized IRA Services' delegated
systems.
Continuing education & training required.
Solves problems & responds to potential & current clients in an
expeditious fashion.
Keeps Vice President of Business Development informed of
progress & results on a regular basis
Other duties may be assigned.
Strictly adheres to all laws and Specialized IRA Services
policies regarding the interaction with potential & current
clients, affiliates/vendors, account process and procedures,
ethics, expense reporting, sales activities, and training.
Ensures that each prospective and existing client receives
outstanding customer experience.

SECONDARY Essential Functions

You will prepare a 30 second to 2 minute elevator speech ready
to deliver to the audience to demonstrate how SIS's services tie
into the event.
Stage (group) presentations 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
Deliver webinars (online presentations) via
gotowebinar.com.
Special projects come up from time to time and can include such
things as build / update sales presentations, work on marketing
campaigns, work on new products and refine sales processes.

Travel

Travel is expected to be 25% of ones time.
Travels to and attends events, trade shows, conventions, and/or
company mandatory meetings where you will represent Specialized IRA
Services.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening and
weekend work may be required as job duties & travel demand.
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Background

Proven sales track record with 3 to 5 years selling
experience.
Telemarketing, trade show, platform, or seminar selling
experience is plus.
Some experience in the customer service industry
Financial services, real estate, or other related experience or
related field is favorably looked upon.
3-5 years' experience in management and/or leadership
Bachelor's degree preferred
