We are expanding on our current successes with greenfield account, competitive replacement strategies and existing account development opportunities.

As an Account Development Executive you will help us acquire new business and expand our footprint in some of the major companies we target, including our blue-chip clients.
We approach business acquisition as a project that must be executed with objectives, agreed timelines and identified responsibilities. We target market segments who are experiencing quantifiable pain such as major application upgrades of SAP, Oracle, Infor, Dynamics, Salesforce etc.
You will be joining an elite dynamic, mutually supportive and experienced team comprising Business Development, Pre-Sales and Customer Support, all backed by a global marketing function.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years new business acquisition and account development experience with deal sizes from $50k-$200k
  • Proven ability to drive new account development in conjunction with the existing business development team
  • Able to engage with existing clients and expand our profile with new opportunities in the account, leveraging our success
  • Ability to explain our success story and illustrate its relevance to the target contacts
  • Ability to involve other players as needed
  • Ability to create compelling business proposals and present to senior level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results orientated with persistence, passion and drive
  • Creative and intelligent supported by degree level education
  • Knowledge of major applications, especially ERP systems an advantage
  • Live within commutable distance of our Westmont, IL location

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Operations, this position is based at our offices in Westmont, Illinois (Western Chicago suburbs). Some travel throughout North America will be required.
