Junior level JDE Business Systems Analyst - Support Liaison for Manufacturing/Distribution

If you want to learn to work with JDEdwards on the systems side, then this position is for you. My client is a growing company in the Dallas area is looking for someone who is a user of the system such as a Planner, Scheduler, Engineer, or someone on the purchasing side of things and teach them the IT side of things.

You will be working with users across this state of art manufacturing company assisting them on ways they could improve their business processes by using JDEdwards ERP

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Engineer, Planner, Scheduler or in a purchasing role within a multi-plant manufacturing company.
  • Understand how to assist and developer business process improvements for the team.
  • Experience working with JDEdwards EOne.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Broad, in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including industry best practices and trends

Typical duties for this position would include:

  • Provide support for the manufacturing, engineering and or distribution team on use of systems for their needs
  • Continuously gains an understanding of the customers' operations and how systems are used in support of their operations, transferring knowledge to users, programmers and IT support personnel.
  • Present opportunities for improvement to the business units.
  • Determine user requirements and recommends workable solutions to management and staff.
