According to SAMHSA’s research and independently-verified data, our kids have proven to make substantial educational gains and also to be far less likely to commit a later crime once they have successfully completed the AMIkids program.  This designation provides AMIkids with a data-driven verification of our impact on transforming the lives of our communities’ kids.

AMIkids earned the prestigious honor of being recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) in their Model Programs Guide for successful results with our Day Treatment programs. This OJJDP designation officially makes AMIkids the only rated Day Treatment program in the nation working with at-risk youth according to the Department of Justice criteria. AMIkids is now listed in the OJJDP Model Programs Guide along with two hundred other evidence-based programs that make a difference in the lives of children and communities.

AMIkids has received recommendation for national education accreditation from an external review team with AdvancED, the world’s largest education community, serving more than 30,000 public and private schools and districts across the United States and in more than 70 countries that educate over 16 million students.
