Project Manager EAM

This company has ServiceNow as a ticketing system right now but they are rolling it out enterprise wide. It is ServiceNow's ITSM platform, single cloud-based platform. Looking for a Project Manager that has strong experience managing projects that have to do with Enterprise Asset and Work Management applications. A strong PM with EAM project experience. PMP is highly preferred but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years experience (preferably 10-20 years) in similar roles managing or supporting Enterprise Asset and Work Management applications or Mechanical Integrity and Reliability business applications and processes
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong influencer, able to create messages and communication materials for multiple levels; OCM experience a plus
    • OCM is Organizational Change Management.
  • Project management experience and PMP certifications, a plus

This role serves as a subject matter expert in Enterprise Asset Management or field service operations, serves as the lead for medium to complex activities and who understands company goals and objectives. Enables collaboration with cross-functional teams. Translates strategies into roadmaps and requirements ensuring resolution with the utmost effectiveness and efficiency. Responsible for the research and development of business cases, designs, configurations, implementation plans and overall management of project related activities. Maintain budgets, negotiate contracts, work closely with 3rd parties, vendors and other critical personnel. Strong communication and analytical skills are required as part of this agile team. Provides support to team members as needed.
