Job Description:

Looking for a dedicated individual to join our Mobile Crisis team.

Under general supervision and working as part of the Mobile Crisis Team (MCT), performs crisis screening, hotline, referral/information and enrollment services to individuals who present in need of mental health services. Provides mobile crisis assessment and crisis intervention services to children and adults who present in a mental health crisis. Makes treatment recommendations, and develops, completes and monitors individualized service plans (ISPs). Coordinates the utilization of other County funded crisis and emergency services. Completes and maintains service documentation according to agency and regulatory standards.

FrontLine Service Mobile Crisis Team (MCT) provides crisis intervention services to adults, adolescents and children in Cuyahoga County who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Services are coordinated through the MCT behavioral health crisis hotline 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The MCT staff members provides a sequence of assessments and interventions that assist a client to resolve crisis situations. If the crisis cannot be resolved via telephone contact, the Mobile Crisis Team will respond to address the concern with a face to face crisis assessment. These face to face assessments take place at any location in Cuyahoga County including hospitals, schools, places, of employment, homes, as well as on-site. Once the assessment has been completed, the MCT professionals will make treatment recommendations and if appropriate, continue providing services to the individual until the crisis situation has been stabilized and/or the person has been linked to an on-going service provider.

Qualifications: LSW or LPC required

This is a 3rd shift position on Mondays-Thursdays
