Job Description:

The Lead Generation Team is our first touch-point with companies looking to increase productivity and efficiency through the use of technology. As the front-line for all product inquiries, the Lead Generation Specialist advances the value and excitement behind our competitive technology solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Systematize as well as respond promptly to a large volume of inbound product information requests originating from multiple sources
  • Prioritize deadlines in order to effectively meet weekly Marketing and Sales team goals
  • Build and cultivate relationships with prospects by advancing communications and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of CRM system according to team best practices
  • Aid Lead Generation Team Leader in guiding intern team, especially by setting an example of organization, flexibility, and prioritization of tasks
  • Conduct searches and queries in order to research and qualify sales leads
  • Collect and provide relevant market insight from communication with prospects to the marketing team
  • Oversee and train new interns as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in organizational leadership
  • Ability to confidently and efficiently manage prospective client relationships by phone
  • 1 year experience in construction, technology or sales related field
  • Communications, Marketing, or other Business-related majors preferred
  • Interest in a career in sales and/or client relationship management preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software preferred
