Salesforce Integration and Implementation Professional
$80-115K +Bonus

.*Must have a Bachelor's degree*

Must be open to company paid travel Monday through Thursday each week, always home on weekends*

*Position can be located in most major east coast cities as well as some cities in the Midwest or south* 
Prestigious Fortune 500 Professional Services Company is in need of a Salesforce Integration and Implementation Analyst. Candidate will work with the business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy to a wide variety of financial services clients at the enterprise level. Candidates for this role should possess knowledge of the capabilities (both functional and technical) and integration capabilities. Candidates should be able to design marketing, sales, and service business processes that align and take advantage of the capabilities. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to uncover business requirements, and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements and align with the business strategy.


Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within company.

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.

Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within company.


Minimum of 2 year of requirements gathering experience

Minimum of 3 years of CRM systems implementation experience

Minimum of 2 years of

Bachelor Degree

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to and/or experience in CRM functionality in financial service industries (eg Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance)

Another leading management consulting firm or internal consulting experience in the home office

Sales, Marketing, Service and Cloud experience

Software system implementation with customer support experience

Call center experience or other CRM technology Certifications

Agile and Iterative experience

Ability to facilitate complex discussions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Professional Skill Requirements:

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience in one or several of the following: Personal Lines insurance, Small Commercial Lines Insurance, Large Specialty Insurance, Life insurance, Capital markets, Wealth Management, Banking, Domestic Companies and/or Multi-National Companies.

Excellent leadership and management skills

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
