Job Description:

The Sales Associate is primarily responsible for contacting prospective new location owners. They will work with the contacts at the prospective locations and liaise with PSG Marketing management to complete Use Agreements and location information sheets. The Sales Associate will assist with gathering all necessary licensing information needed and help coordinate the "go live" marketing plans for the locations. This position will be primarily focused on locations for the Chicago area route, but may include responsibility at locations across the state.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients and team members to include company standards of customer service.

  • Understand and adhere to all Property and Marketing Department standards, policies and procedures
  • Call on prospective clients via phone, email and in-person
  • Assist with licensing of approved locations
  • Serve as liaison between location contact and PSG marketing team to assist with delivering the gaming area design and marketing "go-live"
  • Meet minimum daily call quotas and complete weekly assigned tasks
  • Achieves assigned contract quotas
  • Tracks sales efforts and customer communication according to company policy
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
  • Assists with quality control of all sales and provides feedback when necessary
  • Provide verbal and written communication regarding each sale including expenses
  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team-oriented environment
  • Is forward thinking, plans appropriately and meets all deadlines
  • Ability to accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks
  • Enlists the support of sales representatives, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as necessary
  • All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

· High school diploma or equivalent is required

· Four year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent job experience preferred

· One to two years sales or hospitality experience

· PC proficiency

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other team members of the organization. Must possess a pleasant outgoing personality and portray a professional temperament for dealing with varied internal and external guest situations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The team member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance. The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position requires extensive travel. Good working conditions with some exposure to noise and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations; possesses an ability to deal with the public.
